Board Meetings

Board meeting entries below provide the option to watch the meeting video (where applicable) with document links, or view Agenda / Minutes documents without video. Search the archives by typing keywords into the Search box.

Agendas - The current board meeting agenda for any upcoming meetings will be posted at least 72 hours prior to each meeting.
Minutes - Minutes of each meeting will be posted after they are approved by the Board.
Video - Board meetings held at the May Owen Center will be live-streamed. Archived videos are arranged by date, with the most recent at the top of the list.

Please note that the December meeting of the Board of Trustees will not take place in the District Offices but will be held at the Trinity River Campus instead. Therefore, the proceedings will not be available via streaming video.
